Reporting and Monitoring
The Art of Informed Decision Making
The Dashboard for CareRevolution allows you to monitor key indicators and alert managers of trends and problem areas early, stopping potential issues before they happen.
These numbers also provide in-depth analysis to help understand future issues. The strategic information provided by Dashboard also helps users make more accurate and informed decisions in an efficient manner.
Monitor the Metrics
Using web-based technology, the Dashboard allows you to monitor key financial and business metrics from your office, your home or even a web enabled phone - anywhere you have internet access. At a glance, you can access the information you need to be able to answer these important questions and more:
- What are my total Days in A/R?
- Is my billing staff staying current with claims filing and posting payments?
- If the insurance plans run a profile on our practice, what coding trends might they identify?
- In an analysis of our physicians' E&M coding, are any of the physicians falling outside the normal range for our group?
Tailored Monitoring
The Dashboard contains business metrics that calculate using a
practice-defined calendar (i.e. day, week, monthly). A practice-defined
calendar helps create metric presentations that are tailored to fit the
needs of the practice.
The metrics are gathered directly from the
practice’s database, ensuring that the information is real-time and
providing a greater ability to react to ever-changing business needs.
Automated Alerts
The Dashboard also has automated alerts that notify you of issues that
require immediate attention. These alerts can be emailed or posted to
remind users of company goals.
For example: A practice sets a goal of
$200,000 or less per month in collections. As the practice nears this
goal for monies that need to be collected, Dashboard will automatically
alert you based on your goal set.
Remote Monitoring
Because it is web based, the Dashboard is accessible from anywhere,
at anytime. There is no need for a user to be in the office. A practice
manager can keep track of the status of the business from his or her
desk, the home office, or other location.
