Through our partnership, Virginia College Healthcare Reimbursement Services and EHS are committed to helping our customers comply with all applicable HIPAA standards within the timeframes established by law. We know that you are concerned about complying with HIPAA rules and regulations and we have formulated a strategy to stay on top of any changes or new rules that might be enacted.
EHS has a Project Management team that is committed to coordinating and facilitating HIPAA issues to provide accuracy and integrity of the products and services offered by EHS. This team works with Senior Management and with advice from legal council to provide top-level oversight of the HIPAA laws and regulations. The team is committed to developing and implementing approaches and fulfilling objectives such as assessment, testing and deployment issues.
The EHS solution automates patient HIPAA tracking including the privacy policy signature date, consent forms, and preferred methods of communication.
